You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of any vehicle you offer to sell to us, that the vehicle is free of liens (or that all liens will be satisfied at the time of sale), and that you have the right to sell the vehicle.

5.1 Consignment Agreement Required

Our consignment services are governed by a separate written consignment agreement. The terms and conditions of any consignment arrangement will be set forth in that agreement. Submitting a vehicle for consignment consideration through our website does not create a consignment relationship.

5.2 Vehicle Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject any vehicle for consignment at our sole discretion. Factors we consider include vehicle condition, market demand, title status, and our current inventory levels.
